Tech Summit Sponsor Fair

Tuesday, October 10th & Wednesday, October 11th

The fair will be taking place over two days. Each supplier participating in the fair will be given a 6-foot table. Only bring what can fit in this 6-foot area, please do not bring activities that will require a larger space or wired electrical components.

A security guard will be stationed overnight, so all materials can be left under the table after the first day. Please make sure you bring a return shipping label for all leftover swag, signage, and any other materials you may be bringing.

There is no FEDEX on site so make sure to send the shipping label in advance or bring it with you. If you have questions regarding your space, please contact techsummit@bp3.net. PLEASE NOTE: ANY PACKAGES DELIVERED BEFORE OCTOBER 6 WILL INCUR HOLDING FEES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES FOR ARRIVAL BEFORE OCTOBER 6.

How do I send my stuff to the event?

Should you wish to send anything for the event, please have all deliveries sent to the address below and ensure sure you indicate your company name on the box.

La Quinta Resort & Club
Attn: Don Maselli for (NAME OF COMPANY)
This is VERY important as the resort receives a lot of boxes daily.
49-499 Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, CA 92253

If you’re shipping more than one box please list “Box 1/3” and so on following your company name so that La Quinta Resort knows how many packages they should be looking out for. Anything over 5 boxes may be charged a holding fee so we recommend using the minimal method this year.

Please email our team at techsummit@bpt3.net with a manifest of what you'll be sending along with any additional needs or requests. Include the number of boxes, signage, and giveaways.

What is the event setup?

We're currently finalizing details for the setup for this year's vendor fair. We will communicate these details with you in the weeks leading up to Summit.

This year, participation in the sponsor fair is open to all sponsorship levels. The fair will be held outdoors this year so we advise a simple setup with minimal to no electronic components.

You will be able to leave your materials overnight since the supplier fair will take place over a two-day time period.

What is the breakdown procedure?

The breakdown will be immediately after the fair concludes. If you have items to pack up and ship they should be handled at this time.

Please supply return shipping labels and billing info with your boxes to ensure you get the correct items back.

If you’re shipping back through La Quinta Resort you must supply a PRE-PAID return shipping label!

Please ensure boxes are kept to the essentials, with no more than 5 per sponsor. If your boxes require special handling, let us know in advance by sending an email to techsummit@bpt3.net.

What can I bring?

We encourage you to be prepared for this event with any signage and swag as you see fit. We are currently expecting several hundred attendees for this year’s event including BPT suppliers, employees, and Strategists.

Be sure to bring signage, swag, giveaways, and incentives...have fun with it!

What are the additional sponsorship opportunities?

A number of suppliers have inquired about additional visibility at the Summit. We have a limited number of opportunities available at the various planned events.  Please inquire directly if you’re interested in exploring further by emailing our team at techsummit@bpt3.net

Additional Tech Summit Details

What arrival and departure times should I plan for?

DIAMOND SPONSORS:
Programming will begin at 2:00 pm on Monday. Please see the agenda for event details.

GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE SPONSORS:
Plan to arrive on Monday for an early start Tuesday. Please see the agenda for more event details.

DEPARTURE FOR EVERYONE:
The event ends with the conclusion of our pool party on Wednesday 10/11. Please plan for departures on Thursday 10/12.

What should I wear?

Casual dress as it will be warm in October. Weather in Palm Springs is typically in the low 90s during the day, and the low 60s at night.

FOR ATTENDEES:
Shorts, golf shirts, sandals, and sundresses are all fine throughout the event - but remember - the memories live on in photos and video so put your best (comfortable) foot forward! Bring layers as well as it can be chilly in the mornings and evenings.

FOR SPEAKERS:
We're requesting business casual attire for your time on stage - pants, and a collared shirt for men.

FOR EVENTS:
Dressing up for our cocktail party is always encouraged so channel your looks from the Breakfast at Tiffany's and Mad Men era.

For the pool party, we want to see your throwback early 60s beach look inspired by movies like Beach Blanket Bingo.

What are my dining options?

Due to the high demand for dining options during this busy event season and concurrent activities on-site, it may become challenging to secure restaurant reservations on the spot. To ensure a seamless dining experience, we strongly recommend making restaurant reservations ahead of time. Here's a list of both on-site and off-site dining options to consider:

On-Site Restaurants at La Quinta Hotel and Resort:

  • Morgan's in the Desert: Renowned for its fine dining and exquisite cocktails, Morgan's offers a unique culinary experience.
  • Adobe Grill: Savor authentic Mexican cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Twenty6: A casual dining spot offering a diverse menu of American classics.

Off-Site Dining Options (Near La Quinta Resort & Club):

  • La Quinta CliffhouseClassic American menu complimented by an award-winning wine list and creative cocktails.
  • Arnold Palmer's Restaurant: Experience a blend of classic American and California cuisine at this nearby restaurant.
  • Cork & Fork: A popular wine bar and kitchen known for its inventive dishes and extensive wine selection.
  • Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill: If you're in the mood for pizza, salads, and hearty comfort food, this casual eatery is a great choice.
  • LG's Prime Steakhouse: For those craving a premium steakhouse experience, LG's is a short drive away.
  • Cork Tree Restaurant: Offering a menu of American and Mediterranean dishes, Cork Tree is a local favorite.
  • La Quinta Cliffhouse: Classic American menu complimented by an award-winning wine list and creative cocktails.
  • Japanese and California Cuisine: Beyond an expansive sushi menu, there is something for everyone

Please note that these recommendations are just a starting point, and there are many other dining options in the La Quinta area to explore.
