You should have already received an email from our team requesting you register. The cut-off date for registration is September 9th, 2024.
If you have not received an invite, contact techsummit@bpt3.net.
How do I send my stuff to the event?
Should you wish to send anything for the event, please have all deliveries sent to the address below and ensure sure you indicate your company name on the box.
Shipping cutoff: cannot ship more than 2 week prior to arrival
La Quinta Resort & Club
Attn: Jason Van Pelt for (NAME OF COMPANY) This is VERY important as the resort receives a lot of boxes daily.
49-499 Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, CA 92253
If you’re shipping more than one box please list “Box 1/3” and so on following your company name so that La Quinta Resort knows how many packages they should be looking out for. Anything over 5 boxes may be charged a holding fee so we recommend using the minimal method this year.
Please email our team at techsummit@bpt3.net with a manifest of what you'll be sending along with any additional needs or requests. Include the number of boxes, signage, and giveaways.
Bridgepointe is not liable for any lost packages, contents, or materials during the shipping, handling, or event process.
What is the event setup?
We're currently finalizing details for the setup for this year's vendor fair. We will communicate these details with you in the weeks leading up to Summit.
Each sponsor will have a 6-ft table available to them, no electricity will be available near the tables area. We advise a simple setup with minimal to no electronic components. If you need a table cloth provided, please let us know when we communicate your table to your team.
This year, participation in the sponsor fair is open to all sponsorship levels. The fair will be held indoors in the Fiesta Ballroom this year and we advise a simple setup with minimal to no electronic components.
Setup will begin at 4pm on Tuesday 11/5 after the Supplier Session ends. Packages will be placed on your table by the event team. It is extremely important to provide all shipment tracking information to the tech summit team well in advance of the event.
What is the breakdown procedure?
The breakdown will be immediately after the fair concludes. If you have items to pack up and ship they should be handled at this time.
If you’re shipping back through La Quinta Resort you must supply a PRE-PAID return shipping label!
Please ensure boxes are kept to the essentials, with no more than 5 per sponsor. If your boxes require special handling, let us know in advance by sending an email to techsummit@bpt3.net.
What can I bring?
We expect around 400 hundred attendees for this year’s event including BPT suppliers, employees, and Strategists.
More information to be provided soon!
